Thank you for visiting the Bulldog Career Connection website and for your interest in professional opportunities at Mississippi State University. As one of the nation's top-tier research institutions, with an enrollment of more than 20,000 students from every state and dozens of countries, our university has a profound positive impact on every aspect of life in Mississippi and is making contributions in many fields that are felt throughout the nation and around the world.
Mississippi State has been changing lives and creating new educational and economic opportunities since 1878, thanks to generations of talented and dedicated faculty and staff. Our future will be even brighter than our past if we continue to attract the most able teachers, researchers, administrators, and other professionals, and if we continue to make our university community more reflective of our larger society.
We welcome the interest of Mississippi State alumni and others, particularly including women and minorities, who may choose to pursue careers at the university. I hope you will take advantage of Bulldog Career Connection as one way to share your educational and professional credentials with deans, directors, department heads, and others involved in the recruitment of faculty and professional staff, and also view current position openings at https://www.jobs.msstate.edu.
Mississippi State University and the surrounding community offer a wonderful environment in which to fulfill professional goals, live, and raise a family, and I hope you will fully explore the opportunities available to you here.

The Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion has created the Bulldog Career Connection, a fully equipped website designed to accommodate alumni of color who have a desire to return as employees to their alma mater, Mississippi State University. This site allows hiring managers to connect with thousands of enthusiastic and qualified individuals who have a passion for MSU. Note that the Bulldog Career Connection cannot and will not guarantee employment for any of its users. We simply intend to facilitate connections between users and hiring managers that may lead to increased interest in career opportunities with the university. To better assist our alumni, we have provided a registration link at https://www.oidi.msstate.edu/linkedmsu/. To gain access, you will be prompted to create a username and password. After doing so, you will be able to upload a current resume or CV, as well as other related information and a photo.
Our hope is that you will utilize this site effectively in order to provide Mississippi State University with motivated alumni of color who can help move this great university forward.
